These terms describe use of the India Got Legal website and the basis on which S4S BUSINESS PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U74999MH2021PTC361887) discusses and provides private professional assistance.

Our role

We provide B2B consultation, legal document preparation and filing assistance for private limited company registration. We are not a government body, official registry or government-affiliated platform. Government authorities alone evaluate applications and issue registrations, licences, certificates and approvals.

Enquiries and engagement

A website enquiry does not create a paid engagement or guarantee that we can assist. Before work starts, the parties must agree the provider, service scope, deliverables, responsibilities, fees and any relevant cancellation terms in writing. Qualified professional involvement, where required, must be identified in that engagement.

Fees and payments

Our professional fee pays for the advisory and assistance work described in the proposal. Statutory government fees, applicable taxes and any third-party costs are separate and must be itemised. This website does not currently collect online payments. Do not make a payment until you have received and checked the relevant written proposal or invoice.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate, complete and current information, obtain necessary permissions to share it, review documents before approval and respond to reasonable information requests. Do not submit misleading information, another person’s documents without authority, or unlawful material. Delays or inaccuracies may affect progress and require a revised scope.

Authority decisions and time estimates

Any expected timeline is an estimate, subject to document readiness, authority review, queries, system availability and other relevant circumstances. We do not guarantee a preferred company name, incorporation date or application outcome. Paying a professional fee does not influence the authority’s decision.
