Refund Policy

This policy covers professional fees for assistance provided by S4S BUSINESS PRIVATE LIMITED. A consultation enquiry is free to submit, and this website does not currently accept online payments.

Before paying

Review the written service scope, fee breakdown and cancellation terms before payment. Professional fees must be distinguished from government charges, taxes and authorised third-party costs. Ask us to explain any item that is unclear.

Cancellation before work starts

If you cancel before any agreed work begins, the unused professional fee is refundable. Any authorised, non-recoverable third-party expense already incurred must be supported and separately explained. Government payments are subject to the relevant authority’s rules.

Cancellation after work starts

If work has started, we review what has been completed and what remains. Charges for work actually performed within the agreed scope and authorised, non-recoverable costs may be deducted. The remaining unused professional fee is refundable. We will provide the basis of the calculation rather than treating every cancellation as automatically non-refundable.

Government and third-party charges

Amounts already paid to a government authority or an authorised third party are subject to that recipient’s refund rules. We cannot promise a refund on their behalf. Any recoverable amount received back for you will be reconciled separately.

Application rejection or delay

A government rejection, name refusal, query or delay does not by itself make completed professional work refundable. We will review the reason, our agreed responsibilities and the work delivered. If an error in our work is established, we will discuss appropriate correction or a refund for the affected work, without limiting applicable rights.

How to request a refund

Email hello@indiagotlegal.com with your name, contact details, invoice or payment reference, service and reason for cancellation or refund. Do not send card details or passwords. We will review the request, seek any necessary clarification and communicate the decision, calculation and expected payment timeline in writing.

Refund method and duplicate payments

Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method where available. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary. Report a duplicate or incorrect payment promptly so that it can be checked and reconciled.
